The USAID-funded Local Innovation for Better Outcomes for Neonates (LIBON) project awarded to Plan USA and implemented by Plan Nepal in partnership with the Government of Nepal (GoN) Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) and local partner organizations has made substantial progress during a dynamic second year of implementation.
