Housing Guaranty (HG) to ensure private U.S.

Abstract

investors against default on loans provided the Government of Chile in a project to finance cooperative housing for low-income urban families. HG funds will be channeled through the Corporation for Housing Services (CORHABIT), the Savings and Loan System (SINAP), and the Cooperative Housing Institute (IFICOOP) to finance the construction of 14,500 homes and provide 1,000 home improvement loans.
