Abstract
contractor, for irrigation canal construction on system B of the Accelerated Mahaweli Program under project 3830073. The debt represents the GOSL"s settlement of an arbitration award by the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce in favor of ZD. The remainder of the debt will be financed by the GOSL through a $5 million cash payment and a $30 million loan guaranteed by the Overseas Private Investment Corporation.
