Memorandum of understanding with the Royal Thai Government (RTG) describes a project, to be supported under the Emerging Problems in Development II Project (4930341), to help the RTG Office of the National Environment Board (ONEB) to develop a national program for the integrated management of coastal resources.

Abstract
The project will engage in institutional strengthening/networking, research, training, TA, demonstration, and outreach activities in order to: (1) enhance ONEB"s efforts to develop and implement an integrated coastal resources management project; (2) test policy and implementation concepts at the provincial level; and (3) develop and test marine park management strategies.
