Abstract
During the period from October 2005 to February 2006, quantitative and qualitative data were collected from 15 export-oriented LEs that outsource to producer MEs, as well as 301 MEs that have some history of linkages with traders and/or access to microfinance and training. The sample was limited to the non-agricultural sector. (Author abstract)
