Abstract

PES covers the period 9/81-9/83 and is based on an attached special evaluation (XD-AAP-327-A). Action decisions are to: conduct an annual planning exercise to institutionalize strategic corporate planning; attain a balance between financial and development functions; hire two mid-level managers; and renew fundraising efforts.
