Abstract
recipients. To provide this capability the resource support service agreement (RSSA) staff establishes a solid infrastructure of informational contacts throughout the U.S., and coordinates the retrieval of highly useful materials for the LDC"s with the proper resource professionals, mobilizing exclusively for use by aid and the LDC"s all the resources the department of agriculture has amassed.
