Section Two provides information on: (1) programs and courses at selected U.S. universities (Colorado State University; Washington State University; University of Idaho; University of California, Davis; Utah State University); (2) undergraduate and continuing education programs at the Asian Institute of Technology; (3) on-the-job training opportunities at the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation; and (4) international short and medium course opportunities.
