Abstract
The evaluation was designed to: (1) assess and validate the AgLinks’ theory of change; (2) determine how well implementation decisions supported achievement of results; (3) examine differential outcomes of men and women beneficiaries; and (4) make evidence-based recommendations for enhancing the performance of the follow-on project, Agricultural Linkages Plus (AgLinks Plus).
