Abstract
The activity focuses on four main components: evaluation, routine monitoring, data quality assurance, and improved knowledge management and learning. The activity is led and managed by International Business and Technical Consultants Inc. (IBTCI), with partners StatView International in Guinea, Global Research Insights, LTD (GRI) in Sierra Leone and Liberia, and Opinion Research Business (ORB) International in all three countries.
