PL-480 TITLE I/III

Evaluation covers the period 1/80-12/80 and consists of a PES facesheet to which is attached an incoming cable (PD-AAI-309-D1) which, together with the facesheet, constitutes the PES. Also attached are a second cable (PD-AAI-309-E1) and an annual report (PD-AAI-309-B1). The PES Facesheet provides the following information. Two resident consultants called for under a host country/Kansas State University Technical Assistance Contract with the Honduran Institute for Agricultural Marketing (IHMA) have arrived in Honduras. An improved basic grains informational system is now place in IHMA. IHMA has developed greater flexibility in both its grain price stabilization program and its administrative structure.
