Abstract
The project is sponsored by the Economic Growth Office of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and is being implemented by Nathan Associates Inc. under contract number AID-521-C-16-00003. The project involves the development of a concession contract for the financing, construction, and operation of a terminal, as well as a contract for the management and operation of a terminal or public tools.
