Professional and subprofessional agricultural manpower in Kenya : demand, supply, education and utilization; appendices G1-G2

The report estimated the requirements for academically trained agricultural manpower and for development of the educational system to fill these needs. Appendix G1, survey demand data, includes a summary of all the personnel data collected by the survey. Survey data from individual establishments, agencies, or organizations are presented under the headings and subheadings listed in the table of contents. Appendix G2, apparent training requirements, is based on the survey demand data set but applies retirement rates to the data of the public sector. Retirement outflow and manpower growth rates have been applied to the data of the commercial sector. The computer printouts represent calculations on the survey sample and have not been expanded to the total subsectors or sector.
