Program Grant is provided to the Government of Liberia (GOL) to finance the continuing operation of four GOL ministries that are implementing various domestic development projects.

Abstract
GOL Ministries receiving assistance will be those of Agriculture, Education, Public Works, and Health and Social Welfare. Their efforts in the following development projects will be supported: improved efficiency of learning; Booker Washington Institute; Brewerville/Bopolu Road; rural water program; opportunities industrialization center; expanded program of immunization; women in development; and community schools. Development Funds will be completely disbursed within 60 days following the signing of the Grant Agreement. GOL will submit to USAID a report, within 120 days of the agreement, specifying how the funds were spent. The grant will be combined with the proceeds of a current PL 480 Title I project and will complement a stabilization plan now under negotiation between the International Monetary Fund and GOL.
