Presents a model for quantifying, programming, and analyzing data on agricultural supply and demand in Senegal.
Phelps, Ronald P.; Moss, D. D. · 1970

Abstract
Primarily for demonstration purposes, the model is expected to aid in the development of a more complex version. Cereal consumption in the cities, crop production in the Groundnut Basin and the Senegal River Valley, and government economic policy are examined. In addition to illustrating the process by which a short policy analysis is developed, the report includes detailed information on the model, the computer program, and the programming language and describes a graphic technique for presenting models.
