Abstract
Extension courses will be held for regional and district level personnel, who in turn will provide 1-week refresher courses annually for local personnel; some refresher courses will be preceded by a correspondence course. Methods and materials found effective in Arusha will then be utilized on the national level. (Abstract based on proposal)
