Abstract
The program is managed by Checchi and Company Consulting, Inc. and is designed to provide a range of services, including assessments, evaluations, and gender analyses, logistical support, mapping services, third-party monitoring, and translation and interpretation services. The program's key accomplishments during the third quarterly reporting period, which covers January 1 to March 31, 2014, include the completion of an assessment of the Mission's Afghanistan Technical Vocational Institute (ATVI) program, the completion of one performance evaluation, and the submission of two performance evaluations for final approval. The program also initiated several new assessments and evaluations, including the Office of Agriculture's Agricultural Policy Constraints and Institutional Architecture Analysis for Agricultural Enabling Environment assessment. In terms of personnel, Ms. Lisa Jenkins joined the project as Communications Specialist in February 2014, and Mr. Omar Sadat resigned and was replaced by Mr. Bezhan Muradi as Translator and Knowledge Manager.
