This evaluation of A.I.D.'s participant training program in Egypt focuses was based on completed interviews with 142 of 177 returnees.

Abstract

The report contains a descriptive profile of the returnees and treats in detail the extent to which they are using and transmitting the knowledge gained through training. Recommendations are made in the areas of training design, trainee selection, pre-departure preparation, and follow-up services. (Author abstract, modified)
