This report contains three preliminary deliverable outputs relating to recommended changes and enhancements to the Jordanian Disclosure regime resulting from a detailed review of the Jordan Securities Commission"s (JSC) Disclosure Instructions and Amman Stock Exchange" (ASE) Listing Directives, and interviews with managerial staff from the relevant JSC and ASE departments.

Abstract
More specifically, the three deliverables are: (1) a summary of key disclosure instruction recommendations; (2) an article-by-article, matrix action plan summary of findings, recommendations and commentary to revise JSC Disclosure Directives in accordance with International Best Practices and to improve filed document processing; and (3) a revised set of draft JSC Disclosure Directive Amendments in "red-lined" format consistent with findings and recommendations.
