Abstract

Evaluation, which covers the period 10/79-2/80, consists of a PES facesheet attached to a special evaluation conducted by the American Public Health Association (PD-AAG-332-B1). Medical Assistance Programs, Inc., recipient of an operational program grant to implement this project, and Vozandes Hospital, its primary subcontractor, are proposing an extension of the project for a fourth year.
