Abstract

The paper then briefly describes essential elements of six rural development programs organized at Comilla. Detailed analysis follows of two of these programs: Improvements in rural government, and development of new agricultural cooperatives. Conclusions about the potential of these programs for adaptation in other nations are presented in the final section.
