Rural health delivery system project in Haiti : suggested list of socio-cultural factors to use in baseline date collection for observing socio-cultural factors affecting rural health services delivery

The paper, which is intended as a guide for designing a future surveys of this sector, contains six goals of baseline data collection. For each of these goals, specific indicators and hypotheses which relate the variable to the effective delivery of health care services are enumerated.
