Abstract

Evaluation consists of a PES facesheet attached to a special evaluation (XD-AAJ-286-A) and covers the period 3/79-1/80. Copies of the special evaluation are available from AID/W. Sufficient progress has been made during Phase I (11 months) to initiate implementation of Phase II beginning 9/80. Preparations are underway for the University of Hawaii to assist in implementing Phase II.
