Abstract
They represent a range of technical sectors and their quality varies considerably-as does that of the products they have led to. It is our hope that bringing them together will provide a useful guide for mission and bureau personnel drafting scopes for future evaluations and thereby contribute to the steady improvement in quality of future scopes and thus the evaluations they lead to.
