480, Title II food distribution program, implemented by Seventh-Day Adventist World Services, Inc., in Rwanda. PES covers the period 4/80-4/82 and is based on the attached special evaluation (XD-AAL-691-A). The mid-day meal school feeding program, initiated in Gikongoro Prefecture, an area of extreme poverty and low food production, has achieved 100% acceptance. Growth charts and attendance records have verified that the transferred eating habits have improved nutrition levels. The program employs food for work recipients to prepare and distribute the foods at the schools.
