Abstract
The project aimed to improve the learning environment and provide a safe space for students. The refurbished school features modern facilities, including classrooms, libraries, and administrative offices. In the SIKA-West region, a Service Providers Committee hotline was established for the DRRD Departments in Farah, Badghis, Herat, and Ghor Provinces. The hotline provides a platform for residents, governmental, and non-governmental organizations to receive information about available services and provide comments and suggestions for the revised version of Service Providers Catalogs. Two past graduates of a tailoring vocational training course in Kamenji Sofla Village are providing tailoring services from their homes, earning an average of 3000 AFN per month. The SIKA-West Governance Department provided basic computer skills training to several individuals, including the Muqur Admin & Finance Manager, the Literacy Manager, and the Executive Manager. In Badghis Province, the Qala-i-Naw Conflict Resolution Committee organized the final mediation session between a man and his wife in Bala Morqab on August 14th.
