Special report : an evaluation of participant training under the University of Tennessee - India agricultural program

The study was based on data obtained through personal interviews and written questionnaires completed by 90 participants who had returned to India following U.S. training. Many specific recommendations are contained in the report in the areas of training design, selection of participants, support services, follow-up, utilization of training, and professional development.
