Abstract
Evaluation consists of a PES facesheet that covers the period 10/1/78-5/31/80 and is attached to a special contracted evaluation of the project and of its implementing agent, Technoserve, Inc. (cf. PD-AAG-629-C1). The facesheet notes that the attached report contains several self-explanatory suggestions for improved operational program grant (OPG) administration that have been seriously considered by USAID and Technoserve. It further notes that the suggestions are more relevant towards perfecting a possible new OPG, rather than modifying the current one. As a result, the project is to continue without any changes.
