Abstract
Specific Objectives: (1) use step-by-step thinking process in analyzing, planning and presentation of ideas; (2) generate strategic questions for data analysis and use different data for different questions; (3) analyze and interpret both qualitative and quantitative routine data and generate results; (4) select appropriate tools for day-to-day data analysis; and (5) prepare appropriate graphs, charts and tables with proper title, scaling and label.
