Evaluation covers the period 5/77-9/81 and consists of a pictorial supplement to the contractor"s final report (PD-AAJ-018). A series of photographs present some of the socioeconomic, cultural, environmental, and agricultural factors which affected project implementation. A number of project activities and outputs are also pictured.
