Abstract
The project is one of three projects that together contribute to USAIDs Strategic Objective: Increased sustainable economic opportunities for the poor. The RED project is being implemented by Abt Associates under a cost reimbursable plus fixed fee task order under the Plus Indefinite Quantity (IQC) contracts.
