This gender assessment identifies gender-based constraints to participate fully in and benefit from USAID/Mexico programs and projects, and different strategies and approaches for improving access and equity for men and women.

Abstract

It analyzes the potential impacts of the Mission"s proposed programs on men and women in Mexico, including social inclusion concerns (ethnicity, youth, and other key variables), and reviews key GOM gender-related policies and programs to identify opportunities for collaboration and mutual strengthening of gendered approaches.
