Vietnam central highlands needs assessment : final report

Their objective was to review the situation of the Central Highland communities, focusing particularly on their access to health, social and education services and the potential for income-generating activities for the most vulnerable groups. Based on this review, field visits to USAID projects currently under implementation in the region and other information gathered in the field, the team was to provide USAID with recommendations for formulating a long-term assistance strategy for the Central Highlands contained in this final report.
