HRSM Reflection Session Summary

This document is a summary of a reflection session with partners under the Human Rights Support Mechanism (HRSM) Local Works Award (LWA).

Abstract

The session aimed to discuss challenges encountered and lessons learned throughout the program, with a focus on applying these insights to future collaborations or USAID pre-competed mechanisms. The document highlights key challenges and proposed solutions in four areas: Rapid Response Portfolio, One-Team Approach, Allocation of Associate Awards, and Monitoring Evaluation and Learning. Additionally, it addresses staffing challenges and proposes solutions to improve the implementation of the HRSM mechanism.
