Final Performance Evaluation of the Further Advancing the Blue Revolution Initiative (FABRI)

Major activities included, among others, launching and strengthening the Middle East and North Africa Network of Water Centers of Excellence (MENA NWC), a regional association of research and educational institutions. In Africa, FABRI joined with the African Water Association (AfWA) in an ambitious first continent-wide program to halt the constant creep of higher water-loss levels. The purpose of the evaluation is to validate results achieved by the FABRI and assess the program’s progress in building an operational and sustainable network of MENA water centers.
