Abstract
This guidance will help experts to conduct the activities in the field: Setting out the significant key issues affecting the water environment in the river basin districts; Definition of the strategies and management objectives to achieve the environmental objectives (prioritisation and implementation of the measures); Bridging policy making process and stakeholders involvement with an opportunity to contribute to the river basin planning process.
