Abstract
The CCBO program aims to increase capacity to Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle (3Rs) and implement solid waste management (SWM) in urban and peri-urban settings, particularly in riverine and coastal areas. The templates and examples provided are designed to help grantees develop their own Theory of Change and Results Framework, which should be aligned with the program's purpose and goals.
