The program, called Project Eco Kolek, aims to empower IWCs to become Eco Warriors who can promote environmental awareness and practice sustainable waste management. The article focuses on the interpersonal communication (IPC) training component of the program, which helps IWCs build confidence and skills to interact with others, including potential clients and business partners. The training uses role-playing exercises and gradual exposure to public speaking to help IWCs overcome their initial nervousness and shyness.
