Abstract
The CAP is a standardized assessment protocol developed by the Circularity Informatics Lab at the University of Georgia to collect community-level data on plastic usage and management. The report covers seven components of the CAP: Inputs, Community, Product Design, Use, Collection, End of Cycle, and Leakage, and provides key findings and opportunities for change in each area. The report is based on fieldwork conducted in January-March 2021, with support from USAID and the Municipal Waste Recycling Program.
