USAID CCBO Solid Waste Cost-of-Service Guidelines

It provides guidelines for local governments in low- and middle-income countries to conduct a cost-of-service analysis (COSA) for their solid waste management (SWM) and 3R (reduce, reuse, recycle) systems.
