USAID-MWRP Vietnam ENDA Final Project: Plastic Waste Reduction and Livelihood Improvement in Ho Chi Minh City

The project aimed to reduce mismanaged plastic waste by supporting independent waste collector cooperatives, advocating for healthier livelihoods, and promoting waste segregation at the household level. The project's key achievements include increasing women's leadership roles in cooperatives, providing health care access and occupational health gear to independent waste collectors, and contributing to the passage of solid waste management ordinances in Ho Chi Minh City.
