USAID PLUS GHG Emissions Measurement and Reporting Guide

It was produced for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Program for Local and Urban Sustainability (PLUS) and is intended to help USAID staff, missions, and local partners measure and report GHG reductions from their SWM activities. The guide identifies available tools and methodologies for measuring GHG emissions, provides information on how to choose the most appropriate tool or methodology, and offers guidance on reporting GHG reductions. The document consists of four main parts: an introduction, getting started with GHG measurement and reporting, tools and methodologies for measuring GHG emissions from SWM, and appendices providing additional information on the tools and methodologies.
