USAID SCIL C4 Service Delivery Vietnamese Survey Questionnaire

The survey consists of 35 questions, divided into four components: Service Delivery, Waste Collection, Waste Reduction, and Monitoring and Evaluation. The questions are designed to evaluate the local government's capacity to manage solid waste, including waste collection, waste reduction, and waste disposal. The survey is part of a toolkit for assessing the solid waste management capacity of local governments, and the results will be used to identify areas for improvement and to develop strategies for enhancing the capacity of local governments to manage solid waste effectively.
