Abstract
The survey consists of 34 questions, divided into four components: Service Delivery, Waste Segregation and Recycling, Waste Disposal, and Monitoring and Evaluation. The questions aim to evaluate the local government's capacity to manage solid waste, including waste collection, segregation, recycling, disposal, and monitoring. The survey is part of the Clean Cities, Blue Ocean initiative.
