Abstract
It was produced by MOMENTUM Routine Immunization Transformation and Equity, a project funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The report presents the results of a landscape analysis of emerging practices for health worker training and capacity building associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly for COVID-19 vaccine introduction. The analysis aimed to assess managerial aspects of innovative approaches to training and their applicability to routine immunization over the longer term. The report includes an executive summary, results, discussion, and recommendations.
