Abstract

The guide is designed to support MOMENTUM Country and Global Leadership teams in implementing the ITOCA. The assessment consists of two types of capacity areas: organizational and technical. The guide provides instructions on how to facilitate the ITOCA, including discussion activities, collection of scores, results analysis, and change action plan development. The guide is written from the facilitator's perspective and includes directives on how to facilitate the ITOCA.
