Abstract
The project, led by MOMENTUM Country and Global Leadership, aims to improve access to and utilization of family planning and reproductive health services among adolescents and youth in fishing communities. The brief outlines the formative assessment conducted to inform the program's design, which identified various barriers to accessing reproductive health services, including enabling environment, social, and personal barriers.
