Abstract
The guide is part of the MOMENTUM Knowledge Accelerator, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). It provides an overview of distance and blended learning, including synchronous and asynchronous distance learning, and blended learning. The guide also covers the initial steps for planning a distance or blended learning training program, including understanding the organization's training needs, resources, and priorities, as well as understanding the digital access, skills, and needs of training participants. Additionally, the guide provides assessment tools and resources, capacities, and needs of training programs, trainers, and participants.
