Abstract

It presents the results of a Most Significant Change (MSC) exercise conducted in four health facilities in Bangladesh as part of a WASH and infection prevention and control program implemented in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The brief shares stories from health facility staff on the impact of interventions on infection prevention and control practices, highlighting changes in attitudes, practices, and teamwork.
