Abstract

The report summarizes information shared during a convening in July 2023 and provides an overview of MOMENTUM's experiences and lessons learned in operationalizing localization across activities to improve maternal, newborn, and child health and voluntary family planning and reproductive health care. The report also examines how MOMENTUM awards capture USAID's categories and good practices for local leadership and identifies challenges faced in measuring localization.
